No. Due to limited time slots, tickets are non-refundable. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. Please double check the date and time of your ticket. If you miss your time slot, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Photo ID must be shown for entry and must match the name that is written on the ticket. Please note that groups must enter together. If anyone in your party is unable to make it and you would like to transfer it to another guest, we will be happy to accommodate.
Tickets can be printed or presented via your mobile device. You must present your ticket on your phone along with a valid photo ID.
The Creswell Mansion ticketed tour is a self-guided experience that allows you to explore 10 immersive, photo-worthy rooms at your own pace. During the tour, you will learn about the fascinating history of the mansion, its association with Amendment 64, which legalized adult use of cannabis in the state of Colorado in 2012, the haunted past of the mansion, and much more!
Yes, absolutely! We are implementing additional safety protocols to ensure each employee and guest is safe, including extra cleaning, social distancing and mask requirements. If you already purchased a ticket, but feel sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, contact us at info@creswellmansion.com so we can reschedule your tickets for another date.

Yes. You must be 18+ years old to purchase tickets to the mansion tour experience and you are required to show a valid, photo ID to enter. Note, all people entering the mansion during private space rentals must be 21+ years old and show a valid, government-issued photo ID to enter.
Please bring your photo ID and a mask if you would like. Guests removed from the premises will not be eligible for refunds.
Please arrive on time. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. Your time slot (ie: 1pm) is valid for entry for 30 minutes (ie: 1-1:30pm). Due to strict covid protocols, it is essential that you arrive on time and during your time slot. If you miss your time slot, we have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Tours grant you access to the mansion during normal business hours when we are open to the public. When you book a private photoshoot you are effectively renting the space as a private venue. This allows you to have exclusive access to the mansion without the presence of other guests. You will need to sign a legal disclaimer and be 21+ years old. This is designed for professional photographers and influencers, or anyone who wishes to enjoy the Mansion privately for an extended period of time. Please note, we do not provide a photographer or any photography equipment for photoshoots.
2 hour photoshoots includes admissions for up to 8 people.3 hour photoshoots includes admission for up to 10 people. Additional guests can be added for $50 per person.
Yes, Creswell Mansion can be rented as a private space. Please note, all guests entering the mansion during private space rentals must be 21+ years old.Please email events@creswellmansion.com for all private space booking inquiries.
Yes, you can book a private photoshoot to advertise your brand by calling the mansion's manager or emailing events@creswellmansion.com. Prices are by request.
Yes, we have a small gift shop on the premises with items available for purchase with credit or debit cards only. All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We do not offer coat check for ticketed tours. All garments, backpacks, briefcases, and bags must remain on your person and cannot be left unattended. Umbrellas must be contained within an admissibly-size bag. Luggage, sealed boxes, garment bags, bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, plants, flowers, food, and musical instruments may not be brought into the mansion during tours.
Yes, there is a small parking lot located next to the Mansion.
Bathrooms are available on-site. We encourage guests to use them before entering the exhibit.
Yes, photography is strongly encouraged! Commercial or product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval from Creswell Mansion representatives. You must provide your own photographer for photoshoots. Contact events@creswellmansion.com for requests.
While we love animals, they are not allowed in the mansion. Service animals with proper documentation are permitted, under their masters’ control and on a leash (as authorized by applicable law).
Creswell Mansion is not responsible for any lost items. While we cannot guarantee that lost items will be found immediately we do have a Lost & Found. For lost items, please contact info@creswellmansion.com
